Intern editor & camera

FD Productions is a young, dynamic and ambitious production company based in Ghent, Belgium. We conceive, develop and produce videos for clients such as Tomorrowland, BMW, SEAT, Nico Rosberg, Apple and so on.

As a suitable edit & camera intern, you are energized by media productions in the creative industry. You have a good sense of sight and sound and have an interest in audiovisual data and gear. You will help create fat videos, both on the floor and during post-production.

Challenges do not scare you, you are proactive & organized. We believe in good guidance, but encourage independence. If you take your chances, you will also be given matching responsibilities. Who we are looking for:

• An enthusiastic, creative and driven colleague with a responsible attitude;
• A passion for video design: camera work, editing, sound editing & mixing;
• A helping hand on sets;
• An organizer, you take initiative and pick up the phone easily;
• A team player who can also function well independently;
• An employee who is flexible with working hours, consider weekends and evenings;
• Someone who preferably possesses driver’s license B.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, written and oral;
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe After Effects

Work:

• Editing of footage into a beautiful end result for the client;
• Participate during productions to improve your camera skills;
• Help devise storytelling for video productions;
• Provide support for all common production work;
• Liaise with our target group(s);
• Work on your competencies so that you grow noticeably during your internship period.
